First Lenten Dinner of 2018 a Success

Lenten Dinners - Knights of ColumbusOur first 2018 Lenten Dinner was a great success and well attended by those who
stayed and those who took out. The Linguine with White Clam Sauce and Linguine Marinara prepared by Joe Leclair and Charlie Cino was delicious and as usual got rave reviews.

 

Thanks to the chefs and to the Brothers (and the sons of Brothers) who helped.

 

Next Friday, Feb. 23rd is our Bye week, so the second 2018 Lenten Meal will be Friday Mar. 2 at 7PM immediately following the Stations of the Cross which is at 6:30 PM. (we would need guys here at 5:45-6 if you can make it. The meals for #2 dinner are for takeout and will be a choice of either New England Clam Chowder (WHITE) or Manhattan Clam Chowder (RED).

 

The cost is $5 per serving. As always, for a head count, a sign-up sheet will be in the back of the Churchwhere folks can indicate the number of meals and the type (WHITE OR RED). They can call or text Joe D at 917-859-6383 or they can email us at kofc5329@hvc.rr.com by THURSDAY morning.
