On Saturday, May 12, 2018 the Knights of Columbus Monsignor James S. Conlan Council #5329 sponsored an outing for the Church of the Infant Saviour Altar Servers in recognition of their service and dedication to their ministry, as well as, to the Parish.
All Altar Servers enjoyed a free afternoon of bowling at the Walden Lanes Bowling Alley. Deacon Jack Carr and the Knights bowled against the Altar Servers. It was a a day of food and fun with a good time had by all. While it was not a competition, the Altar Servers clearly out bowled Deacon Jack and the Knights. Better luck next year Knights!
In addition, during the weekend masses on May 12th and 13th the Altar Servers were presented with a Certificate of Recognition for all their hard work and in appreciation for their volunteer service to the Parish Community.
Thank you to Deacon Jack and all the Knights who organized and volunteered to help out at the event. A special thank you to all the Altar Servers for their continued service to their Church ministry. Good job and keep up the great work!
