Urge Congress to Oppose it!
The House of Representatives is set to vote on H.R. 5, the so-called “Equality” Act the week of May 20th, 2019.
By adding “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the definition of sex in federal law, without providing any religious exemptions, the Act presents a serious threat to the freedom of Church ministries, such as schools, hospitals, and social services, to carry out their work.
Make no mistake. The “Equality” Act would shut down Catholic institutions. Urge your representative to oppose it today!
