DESCRIPTION:ANNA VIKTORIA ROBBIANO 2025 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP \nThe Anna Viktoria Robbiano Scholarship sponsored by her husband and through the Monsignor James S. Conlan Knights of Columbus Council 5329 offers two prizes\, each granting $5000.00. \n The Scholarship is named for Anna Viktoria\, a long time resident of the Pine Bush area\, who was a strong advocate of giving back to the community. She illustrated that belief in many ways; never hesitating to help her co-workers at MetLife\, especially new employees\, making all feel comfortable and easing their anxieties. In addition\, she was a volunteer at St Theresa’s Nursing home for a number of years and always looked for ways to help those in need and to make the community a better place. \nQualifications: \n\nMust be a practicing Catholic having received their Confirmation. (Need Parish Name).\nMust reside within the Pine Bush School District and be a graduating senior.\nMust be planning to attend College\, a Trade School or entering into the Military this fall.\n\n For consideration: \nCompose an essay of 250 words or less explaining how\, as you move forward in your endeavors\, you plan to give back to your community\, as it is part of our faith to help those in need. In the essay\, you need to explain your understanding of the needs of the community where you reside and explain how you plan to ensure that your efforts are targeted and impactful\, keeping in mind that we make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give. \nThis should be sent via email to kofc5329@hvc.rr.com no later than 3/31/2025. \n
