The Knights of Columbus Monsignor James S. Conlan Council #5329 is currently selling 50/50 raffle tickets for its 2026 Fall Fundraiser. Proceeds will be used for our Fall and Winter charitable activities including our Coats for Kids Program, our Feeding Families program, our Infant Saviour Parish Jubilee Year Pasta Dinner, our Religious Education Support Program, and our Catholic Seminarian Support (RSVP) program among other charitable giving programs that benefit the Pine Bush community, the Infant Saviour Parish community, our Catholic Church and other charitable programs such as our quarterly donation to a local birthing center that supports safe high quality prenatal care for mothers and children facing fiscal challenges or other issues that might otherwise prevent proper OBGNY care for both mother and child.
We continue to partner with the Pine Bush Catholic War Veterans Post in supporting these various causes and appreciate their members continued fiscal and volunteer work help with these programs– all in line with our mutual Catholic faith. Together, we continue our charitable support of our local Pine Bush School District’s efforts for food and clothing security for children within the district who are in need due to fiscal or economic challenges facing their families. We also continue to support Catholic Faith evangelization and education to help develop theological understanding in line with the Catholic faith for both children and adults in order to advance well rounded philosophical, theological, civc mindedness and social charitable awareness. These are but a few of the many things we support that benefit community, parish, Church and most importantly adhere to the directive given to all people from Jesus Christ (our Lord and Savior) who called us to love God more than anything and love all people as He would want us to love them through service to all– especially our most vulnerable little ones.
50/50 Raffle Tickets are $5 per raffle chance or five tickets for $20. Purchase is available after all weekend masses at the Church of the Infant Saviour or its mission church Our Lady of the Valley Church. The final drawing will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at our booth at the 2026 Pine Bush Harvest Festival to be held in the Hamlet of Pine Bush NY.
The raffle winner will be contacted whether they are or are not present at time of the drawing. You do not have to be a Parish member to purchase a ticket chance and all local Pine Bush community members are welcome to participate in the drawing. There will be one grand prize equal to half the total sales with the other half going to our Council for charitable purposes as noted above. As a reminder, proceeds may be subject to federal/state taxable income and it is recommended you reach out to your trusted income tax accounting professional for how to properly file such winnings come tax time next April. To protect privacy, we do not announce the winner’s name to the public.
