138 years ago yesterday (March 29, 2020), the Knights of Columbus was founded in New Haven, CT by Venerable Servant of God Father Michael J. McGivney, parish priest at St. Mary’s Church. Remembering all that Father McGivney did not only for his community of his time, but all the communities who have been so postively impacted by all the local Knights Councils around the world since that day, let us pray for the beatification of this great parish priest in hopes he will become yet another modern saint.
